BACKGROUND

A Heritage Stuck in the “Old School”.

Huichang holds two cultural treasures: the national intangible heritage Tea-Picking Opera and a millennium-old theatre town. Yet both face the same problem: celebrated in name, but with little real engagement.

OVERVIEW

By tackling everyday lost-and-found issues, SEEKER turning small daily pain points into meaningful community collaboration and sustainable business opportunities.

On campus, losing things is almost inevitable. But what frustrated students the most wasn’t the missing items — it was the lack of a system that actually worked. My goal wasn’t just to make lost-and-found more efficient, but to use it as an entry point to spark community collaboration.

The result was a service design concept that combines an online app with offline activities, connecting students, schools, volunteers, and even businesses. By rethinking a basic service, I uncovered a new way to build both stronger campus communities and sustainable business touch points.
